Project Info:
Working with IPM Solution, this project started as brand and website creation. Since then we have updated both the brand and the website as the insurance requirements have evolved.
The front end website is integrated with the back-end insurance system to give the user a seamless interface.
The user can purchase multiple different types of insurance with various discounts applied as they progress through the buyer journey.
Usability considerations have always been very high on the agenda for this project, with drops offs and basket abandonments continually analysed and continual improvements being made.
