Digital Marketer
We are seeking a proactive and talented Digital Marketer to cover maternity leave. This is a hybrid role, requiring at least one day per week working from our Saltash office. You will support and execute marketing strategies for Carbon Pixel and our clients, managing a wide variety of campaigns and day-to-day marketing activities across multiple industries. This is a full-time role perfect for someone organised, creative, and passionate about digital marketing.
Salary will be dependent on experience starting from £24,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities
General
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies.
- Manage and maintain websites, social media platforms, and other digital assets.
- Research industry trends and competitor activity.
- Create and analyse client activity reports demonstrating ROI.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing best practices, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
Content Creation & Management
- Design and schedule social media posts across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Tiktok.
- Create and post blogs and LinkedIn articles monthly for each client.
- Create email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Brevo and Mailchimp.
- Update Google My Business (GMB) listings monthly.
- Create and manage graphics, memes, advertising posts, and promotional imagery (Canva templates provided where appropriate).
- Support SEO efforts through content and website updates.
- Respond to social media inboxes and notifications promptly.
- Design LinkedIn adverts and support recruitment marketing.
- Send out sales and client newsletters.
- Attend regular marketing meetings (client-specific schedule).
- Produce monthly or quarterly marketing reports

- Experience managing client/customer relationships.
Nice to Have
- Copywriting experience.
- Email marketing expertise.
- Experience with content management systems (particularly WordPress).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (like HubSpot).
