PLAN

First, we chat with you to discuss your project, budget and timeline - we get as much information as we can about your business and your customers.

Then we prepare a concise, easy to read document so we all know what’s expected and what’s being delivered.  We agree a cost, a payment plan and a timeline then off we go. 

It's vital for us to provide a structure to all our website projects to keep everyone involved focused and engaged. From our experience it's the only way to keep a web development project on time and ensures what is delivered at the end is exactly what is expected.

DESIGN

The design phase is probably the most involved as we are not just designing the look and feel but also the solution that fits your business. 

We research your business, your customers and your business needs in depth to enable us to:

• Understand your business goals & website aims
• Define your audience & keywords they use
• Confirm the necessary website features & functionality

From this information, we can create an initial structure and mobile friendly website design. After a collaborative discussion and process, we can then create final web designs and present these back to you.  

BUILD

We build the look and feel of the website from the designs and set up the technical elements of the Content Management System (CMS).  The look and feel is then integrated with the CMS to create a secure and robust website.  We then start to add initial content for testing and finalising layout.

TEST

We test your website across different browsers and devices to make sure it’s consistent. We then give you a version of the website to review and come back with any updates that you would like.

LAUNCH

Finally, we fill the website with your content and launch it live, making as much or as little noise about it as you need.
